3 | Double Hurricane Protection
Most builders and homeowners rely on impact glass as their sole hurricane protection which proved to leak horrifically during the 2004 hurricanes. As such Palm Coast insists upon not only using the impact glass but also covering that glass with aluminum hurricane shutters. This double protection exceeds building code requirements giving our clients increased safety and added peace of mind.
4 | Thorough, Complete, Quality Specifications with Full and Complete Written Allowances
Most builders choose to not fully specify a project because they want to win a client on a low bid basis; they then rely on change orders to increase the contract value, sometimes 30% or more of the initial proposal. Palm Coast abhors change orders unless they are customer driven. We work very hard to create very thorough specifications before beginning a project so there are no surprises to our client. This unprecedented attentiveness to our client’s budget preconstruction gives our clients assuredness that their custom home will be exactly what they are envisioning at the cost they are expecting.
